The love story of mine is not the overwhelming one. For it has a lot of obstacles, pain and tears. I’m not saying that I feel unhappy to be in this relationship, no. Otherwise, I feel so grateful and blessed for having him in my life. My one and only William, the guy who changed my stiff, ordinary world into a sparkling one.

Why tears?

It’s something people normally have when they feel pain or sadness. I cry when I’m hurting, especially when the situation forces you to be strong while your loved one says goodbye, when it’s time to let go and to be apart again.

Farewell and goodbye are two things we always want to avoid. But apart from these two, we have the love that keeps us alive.

“I will cross the oceans and fly above the countries just to be next to you.”

It’s one of the lines I’ve created, which expresses my feeling about this LDR. It hurts for I can not touch him anytime I want. It hurts seeing couples around me while I’m all by myself. It hurts to stay strong but deep inside, my heart is breaking. But having him who loves me truly regardless of the miles between us is the sweetest blessing. We fight for our love each day, no matter if we’re apart, we’ve survived this, until this day, our second anniversary.

Two years ago, we promised ourselves that we’ll fight no matter what, no matter how far. So long ago this love happened, yet still feels so sweet and warm. This video tells a story about how I survive my relationship. We cherish every moments we have, we embrace texts, videos, pictures, voice notes, recordings, messages, even Skype video cam, which bring us closer to each other. Bunch of memories are all stored in our hearts, this video reminds me to our younger years, and by watching this video I can feel my heart is full of warmth and joy, because once again we’ve proven that distance is nothing when love is everything, that love is above all, that this love is worth fighting for.

Happy 2nd anniversary, my love. I am eternally grateful for you, for our love.
